I walked in after noticing Caspers signage and ample outdoor seating crowd at 18 mile and Ryan road location on a Monday night. I was hesitant based on negative reviews I read, many of them 4-6 months old and some more recent. I ordered the mushroom and swiss burger but the menu had so many burger choices, chicken sandwiches and other types of food. The burger taste is fresh and similar to spices of kabob/kafta, portion large, and toppings plentiful. I wish I can give this restaurant a 0 rate! Worst customer service ever and they don’t know how to talk to people! I ordered couple things and my order was missing when i got home I called in to let them I had stuff missing the cashier was so rude and hanged the phone I called again and she said yea your Shawrma fries we didn’t put come take it now and I don’t even live close ! I told her I can’t come now and she said It will go in the garbage! Never going back to this place and still didn’t get my money back or my shawrma fries! Need to hire knowledge people to talk to customers better! And the bread for the burger was like two weeks old very dry and old
Great food and nicely priced! The food is tasty and the portions are huge! The staff is friendly but very disorganized. Slow service, and the servers are not attentive at all. If you are in a hurry do not dine it, as it will take forever to place an order. The place is clean and spacious, but the servers seem to just chit chat and not pay attention to the customers. The sweets are great too. The crepes are very expensive as compared to other places. Overall great food with lots of variety but the slow server’s response ruins the experience. I would recommend and go back but not to dine in.
After waiting for 35 minutes, drinks were warm but ice was offered, only one small bottle of water was brought out despite of we were 3 people, the worst part of this experience sliders were saggy and soaked with sauce, really awful and disgusting and messy, gloves were offered just like we are eating ribs and not burgers, we all felt sick in the stomach after 1 hour , the chicken escalope sliders meat were cut in half so 1/2 of the regular amount of meat, waiters wasn’t that kind. Never go back to this restaurant again, Casper now and for ever is out of our restaurant list.

I am not sure what the appeal of this restaurant is supposed to be. The most important aspect of a restaurant should be its food, and unfortunately, ours was not flavorful. The meat/chicken on our sub and saj did not taste good. Additionally, their menu is unhealthy, with fake cheese and a high-calorie Casper sauce. The staff surprised us by reminding us to leave a tip, even though we had already left cash on the table. Tipping is meant to be a choice for good service, not an obligation. Lastly, the restaurant could have been cleaner.
This restaurant used to be one of the best burger places a few months ago. The price was good at $7.99 per burger and the taste was incredible. However, they have recently raised the price to $12.99 and the food quality has declined significantly. The price has increased by 30 to 100 percent and the food quality has dropped from 100 to 20. I would recommend not wasting your money here, as you would be better off getting a $2 burger from McDonald's.
Clean , nice atmosphere, big tables and space, friendly staff , burgers was good but less than what I expected. Portion is huge though, overall good experience because I had great company with my bestie there .
The restaurant is not good, the food tasted strange, the service was slow and they did not provide enough portions. The prices are high for no apparent reason. I will not be returning.

Got Chiken popcorn for my kids it was burn from outside and raw from inside !!! Seems like it went straight frozen from hot oil! Taste really bad waste my money
Their food is good and fresh. I liked the boneless chicken wings. I recommend it
