Castalia At Sfumato

This restaurant has a fantastic concept and makes excellent use of its space. By day, it's a fragrance shop, and by night, it transforms into a cocktail bar. They have a unique idea of pairing the flavors of their cocktails with their signature scents, which is quite innovative. The cocktails we sampled were all delicious and complemented the fragrances nicely. Located on the ground floor of a renovated house, it has a stylish ambiance and offers a few outdoor seating options. The staff was friendly, and I would definitely recommend it. The price per person is around $10–20.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The bar is situated in the basement of a mansion, resembling an old Italian wine cellar—how cool is that? Each cocktail comes with a scented strip that you place across your drink. When you take a sip, you're engaging both your taste and smell senses simultaneously. This combination is truly unique and utterly delicious. I absolutely loved it!

I requested my bill and it took over 25 minutes to arrive. Establishments like this should prioritize customer service and the quality of their treatment towards clients. The cocktails are incredible, and the service, patio, and ambiance are all top-notch. I really enjoyed discovering the unique scents that made the cocktails stand out. I can't wait to come back! Plus, it's a Black-owned establishment, which makes it even more special.

I had an outstanding dining experience! The price per person ranged from $50 to $100. The food was a solid 5 out of 5, the service was excellent, also rated 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere truly impressed me with another perfect score of 5!
