Castellu Di Baricci

I trust the wine and olive oil and I love it. I trust because the owner is passionate and proud of his place. It is the tradition and the product. It is also your connection to the place the view is stunning. The sunset turned on the red of the rock. It makes the mountains overlooking the nearby wineries. It's a boutique place. The 16 hectares produce 70k bottles of wine each year. I love it because the vermentio is from this planet. Even the one just from the filling machine (we were lucky to be invited inside). This is the nieluccio-based cracker. They focus and it pays off. There are 4 types of wine. That's it. The three guys we took home are wonderful. An experience of his kind.

beautiful property and beautiful Elisabeth house, owner and vineyard of the estate! wines are fine, elegant, precise and perfectly balanced! We had a lot of fun listening to elisabeth who was passionately able to explain his philosophy on the ground, the bio and his vision of the endemic varieties of the island! a great start on the castellu di barrici "perpetual reserve," a mixture of corses grapes made to solera! a very beautiful property in aoc sartène, held by a beautiful person who is elisabeth. the houses available for rent are of an exquisite charm and the wines are marked by a beautiful typicity. special mention for the "perpetual reserve" cuvée which is excellent. It's a beautiful address in South Corsica.

A beautiful vineyard nestled in the middle of the mountains, the setting is magical. The welcome is pleasant with a possible tasting of wines from the estate as well as olive oil! I recommend the perpetual reserve, the best red wine Corsica I could drink...
