Castle - Reservar una mesa

After ordering our meals it took over minutes after we had eaten the starter for our main course to appear that was only after we had asked when were we going to receive it . It duly appeared the gravy that was...with the steak pudding was congealed cold , the potatoes were cold in the centre , the steak pudding pastry was soggy ! When I complained to the Manageress she did refund the cost of the meals that we had , apologised for the length of time that we had to wait , she said that our service had fallen far below their usual standard ! This was our first visit to this particular Pub ! What a disappointment after we were told that it was so good , still we will try it another day in the future to see if it up to expectation !

Table booked for adults, child on January Arrived on time ordered promptly (having been notified of the items unavailable on the menu). Was made aware upon ordering that the items were also unavailable, we therefore changed the order,,...only to be told minutes later that one of the other items unavailable. We then waited hour minutes for our food, despite there being very few people eating, people that came in after appeared to be served before us. We were about to get up request a refund leave. Not a great experience, won’t be visiting again

I travelled to see family for a post Christmas New Year get together . We headed straight to what I can only describe as a hidden gem, tucked away up a drive way off the We know here we get an extremely warm...and friendly welcome , nothing is too much for the friendly staff . The waitresses/ waiters are very friendly , bar staff are friendly and the food is exceptional , delicious , hot and very well cooked and presented .The chefs are remarkable. The whole pub is just fantastic .Nothing is too much for you as a customer . Well done !

I recently booked a table for people for a surprise meal for my Mum birthday, Most of the adults ordered challenge meals. All meals came out together and hot. There was an issue with one meal, which was rectified quickly and we were also...given a drink, side of chips and garlic bread as an apology for the inconvenience. Everything else was Amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Mum really enjoyed her meal and will definitely be back again

Asked for a table to be reserved... the manager has gine above and beyond and made a table up for myself and my friends. Tables has bee. Reserved lets have a great NYE!
