Catalano's Cafe - Reserva de mesa

One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced - i don't even bother with writing reviews but i am overly shocked at how bad this experience was - I really feel they need to fix this if they want to succeed in their business. I've made contact with them, let the management know and only just of last week to return and sadly, it's still the same 2 weeks ago, when I dined in with a group of 4 people, we were served by a young lady with blonde hair which barely said anything. Came to the table and didn't greet, didn't smile, just took our order, didn't repeat the order, didn't ask for drinks? There were so many things you could up-sell but she decided to pick up the menu and quickly...

Don't order the chicken parmigiana, unless you like cheap, processed rubbish that's been overcooked to the point it was difficult to cut and chewy. We've been here a few times in the past but have noticed a real decline in service and quality of food. Not a surprise then that Brando's a few doors down is suddenly much busier than usual and booked out. Unless standards are lifted, will not be returning.

Great Italian Restaurant serving huge meals at great prices. The service here is really nice and friendly. The coffee is ok and the decor and seating is too. Overall it's one of the better Italian restaurants in Victoria park. Reserva una mesa ahora

Delicious, flavourful Italian food! So good! Very busy restaurant. Would give 5 stars if the restaurant wasn't so noisy. Very loud inside when busy. Love this food!

We've always had pretty good experiences and decent food of good portions here. We always come back. Love the chefs salad with chicken and spaghetti marinara

Expansive caf'e .it's big a little bland but where not here for the looks.the food the food Damn fine find for super dish dining. Reserva una mesa ahora

Have always wondered why this place is always packed My first visit here was 2 years agoIt was not fantastic.
