The fish and chips we were served, were fantastic. Our visit took me back fifty years to my childhood sea side holidays the crisp and fluffy texture of the chips were exactly as I remember. The fish was perfect crisp batter with fresh and tasty steamed fish inside that was cooked perfectly. Theres many shops that claim to serve traditionally cook fish and chips, but catch 22 in hastings actually does the job to perfection.we found the service to be quick and Eva, the owner, was perfessional and customer focused. Well done the staff.The premises were clean and very well presented and has a hygiene rating of five.I will certainly be visiting again.

POISONED I had scampi and chips from this place and I was violently ill .I went in to complain and got told to f . off.Then later threatened with violence from there workers and associates

Had rock and chips the fish was overcooked and dry more batter than fish chips okay but cold. After eating had an upset stomach all night. Delivery person polite

Tasty and reasonable portions. Polite staff. Reasonably quick. Parking is tough though. If you can’t get parked in front, parking is a nightmare.

Our food tasted as if had been cooked and left heated for ages and also nearly £8 for a pie and chips. Saveloy rock hard
