Catch Hilton Surfers Paradise

My experience at Catch on August 7th was fantastic. I made a reservation the night before and they had a great deal where you got a free bottle of sparkling wine if you dined before 7pm. Our waitress Kay was exceptional, providing great recommendations and even remembered it was my sister's 18th birthday and brought out a complimentary dessert with candles. The Cajun chicken and mushroom tortellini mains were delicious and perfectly sized. The chefs even surprised us with an amazing entree not on the menu. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic, and the atmosphere was casual yet sophisticated. A special shout-out to the chef who worked the dinner service on Thursday, April 2nd. The eye fillet was the best we have ever had, cooked perfectly to our preferences with incredible flavor. The sides, desserts, and wine were all top-notch as well. Overall, a fantastic experience, including the excellent service from our waiter. We will definitely be returning and recommending this restaurant to our friends. Highly recommended!

Food was great. My favourite was the dish of the month. Dessert. The Tomato Tarte Tain, basil custard, fig ice cream and amaretti crumb was an explosion of taste. Every single bite was just amazing. Who would of thought of eating tomato in a dessert? Just brilliant. Thank you.

deer salt and pfeffer calamari was very delicate and natural oysters were fresh. the main course rump was cooked on request (medium rare) and tasteful and pasta was light and tasty. Desert special birthday with candle was a nice note. service was friendly and prompt. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was exceptional. It was cooked to perfection and the flavours were amazing. The staff were amazing. Restaurant has great ambiance and a fresh look. Do your self a favour and check it out. We will be back.
