This is the absolute best catfish in Brookhaven. Never substituted with Tilapia, their catfish is always cooked to order, is always tender, is always flavorful. The staff is always friendly, too. Call ahead is recommended for faster service or wait in line. It's always worth the wait, how ever long or short. No higher recommendation possible. :
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude, and my food was served with hair in it. They didn’t wear gloves or hairnets, and when I asked for a replacement, they refused. I strongly advise against dining here, as they clearly don't value their customers. If I could give them a zero rating, I would.

Absolutely fantastic! These are the best hush puppies I've ever tasted! It's the ultimate spot for fish and chicken! The fried pickles are also wonderful!
I was given an enormous portion of food that I couldn't finish, and it was absolutely delicious—the fish was so tender it practically melted in my mouth.
