Extremely unprofessional experience. I ordered a plate for my mom, specifically requesting that her oysters be fried softly. Instead, they were cooked hard as a rock. The young lady apologized, and while I appreciated the apology, I asked what they would do to rectify the situation. After a back-and-forth discussion and being placed on hold, I was told they couldn't remake the dish because it would be fried hard again. I then requested a refund, only to be informed that it wasn't possible. The customer service was inadequate, and it’s clear that management is lacking as well. If you're looking for delicious seafood, I recommend going elsewhere, as the food was very bland.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude, and my food was served with hair in it. They didn’t wear gloves or hairnets, and when I asked for a replacement, they refused. I strongly advise against dining here, as they clearly don't value their customers. If I could give them a zero rating, I would.
Consistently excellent. The freshness is always on point. The chef has truly mastered his craft. The food is outstanding and hits the mark every time. Prices are fair and reasonable.

Absolutely fantastic! These are the best hush puppies I've ever tasted! It's the ultimate spot for fish and chicken! The fried pickles are also wonderful!
I was given an enormous portion of food that I couldn't finish, and it was absolutely delicious—the fish was so tender it practically melted in my mouth.
The catfish here is excellent, and the service is very courteous. The prices for the entire menu are quite reasonable.
