While it's not all perfect, I did encounter a couple of issues. I ordered fresh jalapeños but received pickled ones instead. I also scheduled my order for 6:00 PM, but when I arrived 10 minutes early, my food was already prepared and sitting outside, which left it cold. My wife ordered a rice fajita bowl, but it was served with so much liquid at the bottom that it had a soup-like consistency. While this was partly due to the nature of the dish, there’s definitely some room for improvement.
Overall, I’m happy to give them five stars for their pricing, quality, and the fact that the staff seem to genuinely enjoy their work!
This place isn't fancy, but they do offer gluten-free options. My wife is gluten-sensitive, and she had no problems at all. You place your order at the counter, and they prepare your food right in front of you, which is similar to the Chipotle model but way better! We ordered nachos, three tacos, and a burrito, and everything was excellent. We tried the chicken tinga and beef tinga for our proteins, and both were delicious. The fresh guacamole was a highlight too. We left feeling completely satisfied. I'd choose this over any chain Mexican restaurant. We will definitely be returning!
Catrinas is undoubtedly the best Mexican restaurant in the area, which already offers many great choices. The Salsa Quemada is by far the best salsa I’ve ever had. Every protein is perfectly cooked with fresh ingredients, and the salsas and queso are outstanding. This is truly the top spot in town.
The food at Catrinas Mexican Grill is delicious and generously portioned, with a great variety of protein options to choose from. It would be even better if the menu included descriptions of the different salsa selections.

This time, there was more beans than meat, and the tacos looked unappetizing. I asked for the salsa on the side, but they just poured it over all three tacos. It’s okay, but I’d recommend going somewhere else for tacos.
On the way to the north, because there was such a high rating we had not disappointed! It is a similar style to Chipotle, but better flavors more options. Also beautiful seating options!
This is the first time I've been to Catrinas and I can say I feel like this is going to be our new favorite lunch spot! They have amazing food and are quick with service!
Really good alternative to Chipotle. Food is all excellent with a plethora of options for toppings. Warm atmosphere.
