I had a terrible experience at Cava. The food was extremely overpriced and of poor quality. Despite ordering a salad bowl with various toppings, the portions were disappointingly small and the ingredients were not well-balanced. The grilled chicken was gristly and over-seasoned, and the dips were salty and oily. The drinks were also unsatisfactory, and even the brownies and cookies were dry and tasteless. Overall, it was a waste of money and I had to throw out the food because it was so unpleasant. I will not be ordering from Cava again and would recommend trying other Mediterranean restaurants in LA instead.
I ordered the falafel pita with extra falafel and extra veggies, but unfortunately, they did not give me the extras I requested. The total cost was almost $20. This was my second time ordering from them through DoorDash and it was not a good experience. It felt like a waste of money and I do not plan on trying them again.
This place is amazing at all levels. Price wise it is unbeatable for Westwood. Quality of food is healthy and freshly prepared. Mr. Roger is single handedly the best manager I have ever seen. He is truly kind, courteous, and knows how to work with clients. He needs a raise!

A new employee with inadequate training initially gave me a small portion of rice at the restaurant. After expressing my concern, the manager, Eugen, stepped in to assist and provided great service. He is a fantastic manager who truly cares about customer satisfaction.
I came into Cava for the first time the other day and wasn't super sure how to order but there was a blonde woman who was super sweet and answered all my questions. Both the food and service were great. Hope to be back soon!
Oh my goodness! The salad and the spicy pita wrap were incredibly tasty! The staff was very friendly. Despite a small line, it moved quickly and was definitely worth the wait!
Quality fresh healthy foods at an affordable price. All of the employees (especially Tracy Butler) had such wonderful vibrant energy that was the cherry on top!
