CAYA Smoke House Grill

We found Caya restaurant from a Google and Yelp search. The description of the meat dishes made the decision a certainty. We had a hard time choosing because there were so many delicious sounding choices. We ordered the Burnt Ends brisket appetizer, as well as the spinach and smoked artichoke dip. Both were outstanding; we loved the nice amount or fat on the brisket so the meat wasn't dry. The horseradish sauce was excellent. We then shared the 10 oz burger with carmel bacon. Probably the best burger we've eaten in years. The tomato aoli and arugula really put it over the top. What a find!!!

what an absolute shade of a place is this place! I was in town for a convention and bbq sounded good. here was amazing. they have to order the burned ends immediately. it's a classic bbq joint, but eating is a few more cheered up. everything was absolutely fantastic, including the craft cocktails. our waiter I think was the co-owner. I want him to adopt me.

Their brunch was ok. I’m intentionally not eating then lower for that but they need to up their game on that Their dinner is great and why I’m giving 5 starts: the pork belly tomahawk with cheese grits is freakin delicious and I’d recommend to anyone. Their ribs were delicious too. Candied bacon too was really good.

loved the pulled pork sand, the. not so much the pommes. the rest of the fam had the alabama yardbird sand. they liked it, but they found that huh a bit chewy. Tator deaths were better than the pommes. I love the fried erzeos. Reserva una mesa ahora

Chris was the perfect server--helpful, knowledgeable, not intrusive. Ribs a bit overcooked but tasty and the yardbird and brussel sprouts were amazing. Appreciated the well spaced tables on the patio. Definitely will return.

Our first time there and definitely NOT our last. Wait staff was excellent and the food was very good! Burnt ends, candied bacon and brisket were awesome! Brought some brisket home to make quesadillas the next day!

Wanted to try something different as we live in the Novi area. Glad we did! Food quality was great and the service was exceptional also. We will go back and dine again.

Cocktails are amazing and the food is orgasmic, no joke. Get the Pork n Greens and the Pork chop tomahawk, you won't regret it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Flat out slow and subpar service. Food was meh. We won’t be coming back.
