I have order meals for the family and spent over $70 and when I got home, there was two items missing!!!, I called the restaurant and brought it to their attention. The man who took my order apologized and promised me next time meals will be on them. Few days later, I stopped to get my credit however, the gentleman wasn’t there but some other girl were there and gave me a hard time by calling manager and the other guy, telling me he’s not supposed offer you any credit. The only credit I get is to give me the two items that they missed them. I got upset since I drove from Burnaby, and left without the two items, and none of them really care. We have ordered from Cazba from years. And have been loyal customers. But this evening they forgot to provide the delivery service with our full order. Which they admitted to be their fault. And after waiting for 3hours they finally delivered what they claim to be the rest of the order, while paying for the full price of the remaining items, and had nothing to say but sorry. And have not been refunded by the third party for delivery which means we have paid 1.5x’s the cost of the meal, while it being cold, and waiting several hours to the point our guests left. This is disgusting business practices and will not longer be a patron and also recommend to everyone NOT to support a business that...

Dined here on a Friday night 6:30 and we were taken aback at the lovely, exotic decor and professional service, feeling quite safe with COVID protocols observed. The menu was rich; we started with shrimp with tomatoes and mains were Lamb Pirzola (generous delicious lamp chops with rice and. salad) and Mixed Grill (beef, lamb, chicken with rice and a salad). We shared a large baklava. This is definitely a restaurant for a lamb overs. Wine list decent and service attentive and charming. Highly recommend with a menu to explore. Seems like belly dance show attracts a following, but left well before then. Reservations best.

My family has been going to Cazba for the last 7 8 years off and on. Consistently good food good flavour and a good amount of food. The only complaint is the lamb shank used to be slightly better. The sauce for the lamb is much more watery than it used to be, and the meat was more seasoned. The bread is much better than before. It's tastes very home made and comes piping hot to your table. The location is beautiful (expect crowding parking non-availability during weekends). Welcoming is great, a little waiting time. What I like: Good food, the bread is absolutely awesome, the manager tried his best. What I dislike: The menu items were not available, they forgot to bring part of the order, for one of the guest they deliver very late (same type of order), bit of embarrassment. They need to raise the bar of service.

Our first visit here and we will definitely return.... many times, and with family friends! We had the tah dig, salad, lamb shank (excellent! , and fesenjan. All were the fabulous. The service was helpful and attentive. Very spacious space, and overall pleasant ambiance. Best experience of Persian restaurants on the North Shore.

Compare to other Iranian restaurants, they try to keep their quality as much as possbile consistent, there are sometime change quality druing the time is possible, but as soon as you mentions they will try to fix it. But someting is always the same, very nice and polite servers and oqner. I am talking about Cazba in Lonsdale.

The food is fantastic, the service good and the prices are reasonable. Best value is the Casba platter for under $30 and feeds 2 to 3 people. Highly recommend this place. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food is always good. Servers are polite. Service is quick. They are happy To do a little bit extra to keep you happy. Never had a bad meal here.

It's classy Persian restaurant in North shore. The Server Hoda, she's very nice and polite waitress in Cazba.
