Nice Brazilian restaurant with tasty food, fair price, and no frills. This is a typical self-service buffet type of restaurant which is very common in Brazilian communities in Newark-NJ, Astoria-NY and many other locations. You make your plate, weigh and pay about $10 per pound. My feijoada plate from the attached picture had a little less than a pound so I paid around $9 which is a great deal especially if you compare to other restaurants in the area. The restaurant is somewhat small, simple, but there are enough tables for everyone even during lunch hours. They probably changed the chef. The girls are very nice, the place is clean. But the food is horrible! No flavor at all the black beans tasted like they were straight out of a can. No garlic no onions nothing! The food was also cold.Terrible. I will never go back. I've been going there for many years. The place is DONE.

$18 for a box of rice and beans, 2 slices of over cooked picanha, 2 tiny chicken legs and one sausage. They are charging all that money for rice, beans and carrots. Plenty of other restaurants in the area with better food for less or same price.
