Cellar Plate A Communal Wine House

Nice atmosphere, but too expensive. The overall service was just okay. Eating consists of two bites with good flavors. Except meatballs. They used to be fresh and fantastic, but now tase like frozen and very firm. Avoid, unless you want to share the largest meat portion available. Brie is excellent. Good wine selection limited full bar. Expect to pay premium prices for drinks.
