We had a delightful experience at Wine Cellars Uncorked. Dawn and I were attending the 1st Friday events in Eustis when we stumbled upon this charming spot. The cozy atmosphere and vibrant energy, especially with the live music, made for a wonderful evening. It was lively, with patrons happily enjoying their food and drinks. We savored a crisp Pinot Gris that was perfect for the warm autumn night. We can’t wait to return for more delicious bites and refreshing drinks!
We are California's leading wine state. This wine bar was absolutely amazing. We visit our daughter in Ft. Lauderdale and always come from California to find that this establishment is so friendly and friendly. We were here twice and the staff was so amazing. As long as we are able, we always come and have wine and cheese with this fabulous wine family. The atmosphere is something we don't get in California. We love you and appreciate your welcome to your wine bar.

This restaurant is fantastic! I tried a wine flight to explore new flavors, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was accompanied by wonderful friends, enjoyed excellent wine, and the wine steward (who is also the owner) was outstanding! The art, the singing, and the overall atmosphere were absolutely incredible!
