An honest and unbiased review. I was driving through the area on a job call. I saw the lunch special sign and walked in. The sign said $4.50 but it’s actually $5, no problem. I got my order and the pizza was good but it was a little over greasy inferior ingredients I guess) so I patted it down a bit with my Napkin. Slices are decent size and if they like you they’ll cut it even bigger apparently. That leads me to customer service. I noticed that the gentleman up front , I’m assuming he’s the owner because he’s in most of the pictures, is not very friendly with the younger crowd. This is undoubtedly one of the best pizzerias on Long Island! Everything here is fantastic. In my opinion, the best way to evaluate a pizzeria is by trying their regular slice, and trust me, they serve one of the finest regular slices I've ever tasted. The pizza is consistently excellent and never lets you down. Be sure to try the grandma slice as well. If you find yourself in Central Islip, this should be your go-to spot for pizza!
If you want to truly show your appreciation to your friends for helping you move, treat them to the Central Pizza Taco pizza! I stumbled upon this place by chance, and they had just prepared a fresh one for the lunch rush. Each slice is practically a full meal! It's loaded with toppings, so you’ll definitely need a fork and knife for the first few bites. The crust is some of the best I've ever had!
Central pizza by far out weighs any other pizzeria in this area, the owners dedication to his food and customers on scale 1-10 is 9.9 . He custom builds pies to your liking ! That’s my kinda of guy !! Keep up the good work !!

This is the best pizza I've ever had! I travel all the way from Deer Park to Central Islip just for it. I always order half pepperoni and half Hawaiian, and it's absolutely the best!
