Good afternoon, Saturday the 22nd was the third or fourth time that we had to leave without being able to have dinner for 9 people. Once we had consumed the drinks we had ordered, we asked the waiter to be able to dine. It is true that the area in which we were sitting could hinder the work of the waiters, so the waiter put us in contact with his boss. Our surprise was the little desire and lack of professionalism that once again the manager meter has shown us. On this occasion, he wanted us to see that everything was reserved in the lower part (they can be seen when they are reserved) and that in the upper part he had to put us in the outdoor room, under a roof. Our astonishment was when we left the restaurant when we could see that there were four free tables and he was not able to offer us those tables. I have to say that those tables did not hinder any access or passage of the waiters. What a pity that residents of Parque Coimbra cannot enjoy such a wonderful terrace due to the lack of professionalism and tact on the part of the manager meter and we have to look for other options in other municipalities and or restaurants. A cordial greeting and we hope that this discomfort of many neighbors will find a solution.
