Cesar's Old Mexico

This was excellent! We read in 417 Magazine it was voted best in Springfield and we were very pleased! There was a wait when we arrived but we were seated very quickly. Chips and salsa were already on the table. The salsa was great. A little smokey with a little heat. Our service was great. Food came out quickly and was excellent. The next time we are in town we will be back.
