We have spent several times a week on the cure (3 weeks) for 12 or 13 years this application restaurant. Kitchen and service well insured by motivated apprentices, meals (13 Euros), entrance, dish, homemade dessert, very well cooked and regional quality products. From all this time, only 2 or 3 rats, which even happens to the best! Aperitives and wines also at reasonable prices. A large clear room and spaced tables allowing some privacy even to 5 or 6 people. Reservations to be expected very early without knowing the menu of the day of course but these menus are on the C.F. website about fifteen days before, in any way never bad surprises, except of course, for hard people. Arrival in an ice room, we are told that the holidays thus arrive the heating is cut off. We'll be throwing with our jackets. No menu displayed, we will discover it as we eat. Entrance. 2 slices of land paste accompanied by a few salad leaves (in industrial bag and vinaigrette), salmon (freeze and too cooked) cold rice, banana splitter revisited: sections of black banana, pieces of fish (in box) a hint of vanilla ice and a tip but small tip, of whipped. And to close everything, mistake on the bill. A wine at 4 euros billed 7,50 €. We feel like we ate the rest of the closet before the holidays. We won't go.
We come to school very regularly. Students full of good will sometimes surprise us and value for money, nothing to say. On the other hand, on Friday, October 20th, it is not for the students that we are addressing, but for the teachers! The entrance, crab salad .... a crab box without any seasoning and some salad leaves filled with some corn! So it is to open cans of cans that we send our children to a school!!! My son made the hotel school in the 1980s! What a change since! It's a shame... but we'll go back to it anyway, because the fault lies with the officials and not the students.
Excellent restaurant for 12 €: entrance, dish, dessert served by apprentices particularly well trained. Light room and traditional English service... Open for lunch from Monday to Friday off school holidays and one or two nights a week sometimes. Reservation required sometimes several months in advance because the curists of Dax make their canteen.
