Cha Cha Chai - Reserva de mesa

The service they provide is amazing and I am a regular customer. However they need better takeaway cups with a more of a grip on the lids. As I was driving I lifted the cup out of the holder and the lid came off. The hot tea spilled out of the lid and it was all over my hand and all on the cockpit of my car. It’s unbelievable the damage it’s caused. I am very cross as I write this review.

Called in for lunch before taking my neice to St James' hospital only minutes away from the hospital so a great location for staff and visitors to grab a bite to eat. The place was spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and helpful, the food absolutely delicious and best tea I have ever tasted. Great value for money very impressed!

I visited the white rose branch of cha cha chai today and was suitably impressed! The food was so fresh and piping hot. It was really tasty. Really hit the spot this lunch time. Very affordable and nice food what more could I want!!

I go for tea every week, mainly the Ingleby Road branch. I have to say i have a very good experience every time i go. Respect to the young lads who come out to take the order. Such pleasant and good lads. Tea is also very nice Reserva una mesa ahora

Very poor service in bradford Broadway The lqdy are very much naughty When order tow paloda the are buys with each other. And food was very dirty. After have that food i have food poison.

My daughter and I decided to take an early brunch in the leeds branch in burley and the customer service was 10/10 we ordered cakes and shakes absolutely lush we loved it. Deffo recommend

The food was good but until I found a beard hair. Disgusting It can’t be me because I have long hair this is a beard hair, I saw it after eating underneath the food

I ordered a kinder milkshake and a chocolate brownie and ice cream desert . Both was great , delivered within 20 minutes, would recommend 10/10 Reserva una mesa ahora

Tea is really good and some of the desserts are different to what I’ve had but very nice. Good place with excellent service.

By far the best tea I have had in Bradford. Been to every tea shop and this tea is just on another level.
