This was hands down the best Indian dining experience I’ve ever had. Every single dish was delicious and distinct. Our family of five ordered 12 dishes, two naans, and two rices—if we weren’t in public we would have licked all our bowls clean. My favorite dishes were the saag paneer and the chicken Korma. I recommend this place to any foodie group who wants the opportunity to sample a bunch of different—perfectly spiced—curries. 100000000/10. A delicious surprise in manifold ways Tucked away in Ruthven Lane. Interior far from the Indian restaurant stereotype. Dark stained wood tables and booths An especially perky, clever, bright waitress. She explained it was tapas style, although we all know it is Not tapas. A cooler explanation is requisite Tapas for now, and a sublime way to eat complementary small Indian dishes Warmly commended, without reserve.
Great experience whilst visiting Glasgow on a city break. We're big fans of Dishoom and have been in London a few times and Chaakoo has a very similar feel. I wanted to order dessert and more wine, but it took a long time for someone to come to our table. Eventually, we just paid and went somewhere else for dessert. The food was delicious though.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. If you enjoy Indian cuisine and want to sample a variety of different dishes, this is the perfect place to visit.
