Chada Thai Thai Nuddelsuppe

Fair prices, big portions and good soups. I prefer this place for a take away and it's also okay to sit inside but the outside bit is on a busy sidewalk and it feels a bit hectic there. Rather take the food and eat it around the University, thats really close and in a nice area. The food has a great quality and it's delicious. But if you want to have it more relaxed and cosy I'd recommend their other restaurant Chada Thai in Herdern which I think is the best one in Freiburg Updated from previous review on 2021-11-11

if I could give 5 I would. absolutely incredible vegan suppe with dumpling (I didn't want the tofu, so I ordered without.) my partner had the vegan curry with tofu and it was also absolutely amazing. the suppe really brought me back to thailand, it tasted just like over there was price of €7,50 per dish. large portion, small price. the Thai icy was also amazing! it would highly recommend!

I really like this place, I have gone several times. You order at the bar, and pay there as well but they bring the food quite fast to your table. The menu is short and simple but it is good. I like the curry and the seafood soup, however I found the chicken soup a bit plain. There is seasoning Thai style for the soups anyway.

With Freiburg's limited options you can do this already. The soup is okay. The salad hasn't been mine. With his vegetables he looked more like a Greek side salad. Even the sauce is not the racer. For this, you get a place spontaneously at peak times. Reserva una mesa ahora

The soup Tom Yam is a total of 100 points and you can adjust the taste as you like with the ingredients provided, such as more spiciness or more sour. I recommend you try the glass noodle salad or “Yam Wund Sen”.

I love this place that has become one of our favorites. it is only a few minutes walk from the university library and the city center. the staff is very polite and eating is amazing!
