We have eaten here several times. Normally it 's a good experience with good food. This time the food with still pretty good but the service was horrible. We came during an off dinner hour, about 4:15. Maybe 3 tables with customers. It took a long time for our order to be taken, we never got drink refills, the food also took a long time to arrive. However, what made me write this review in the first place was that they didn 't have soap in their bathrooms. My husband went to one of the employees and told them that, and what was their response? Unfortunately, we had the displeasure of ordering our food on the opposite of a rather large party, so our food took a while to arrive to us. When it did arrive it was hot, properly plated and pleasing to our stomachs, so no real complaints. Our server was a bit chatty but it seems to be a part of his personality so it did not bother us too much. Our request for additional salsa to finish our chips, somehow got multiplied to 3 extra bowls. Chago’s is extremely convenient for me and my girlfriend and I tend to eat a lot of Mexican food so when we are near my place, this is where we will dine. I ordered the Nachos Supreme this evening for a carry out. And my order was wrong and a complete mess! It was just thrown together with beans on top of beans, and very little meat if any at all. I will NOT order this item ever again! And for the future, I will make certain to check my order before leaving the restaurant! I love the many vegetarian options! I got the veggie fajitas, which had a good mix of many kinds of veggies, along with beans, rice, a small salad with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. Everything was deliciously seasoned not too spicy, but very flavorful. It was exactly enough food, too I ate every bite and was satiated, but not overly full. All for $10! The food here is so good, but the downfall is that there just isn't a large enough portion size. I order take out a lot and often times have to order double the quantity to make myself full, which is pricey. I've attached a photo of a Chile Colorado with extra steak I requested. And you see what I got. Didn't even fill the tray.

The chicken was a bit hard and they didn't put in my order when I ordered. In fact they came out to take my order a second time almost an hour later. I spoke with multiple employees to get it figured out. I did not ask to speak with a manager. It tasted great. I will of course give a second chance I'm not a jerk. Lol

Service was excellent. Food was great. Ample portions. Would have gotten 5 stars but not as authentic as Mexico Tipico. Much cleaner though.
