Chai Bar Vegetarian Cafe

I must have driven past this little vego/vegan gem at least 50 times before stopping! Don't drive by, pop in!!! It has the best Almond Chai Latte in Maroubra!! (yes, activated almonds and sticky chai tea.. real tea leaves) My meat eating brother gave the Breakfast Burrito 10/10 and the raw lemon cheese cake was to die for! I love this place.. The food quality was exceptional, the staff were delightful and the ambience was calm and welcoming.

Run by a family this vegetarian cafe serves excellent quality and very tasty food. The green tofu scramble with tomato salsa pictured here is absolutely delicious. Great coffees and a variety to choose from. Lovely handmade slices for sweet cravings. Breakfast burrito is good too. My daughter and I are regulars here for lunch.

Cant' quite figure the negative review of the Chai Bar. I use it regularly and find the people lovely. Its super popular now because its good. I'm not a veggie or vegan, but love their food, which is lovingly crafted by the owner who is passionate about healthly stuff going into you tummy!!!

Tried to get service but big fail Waitress n barista Ignored me The attitude of the waitress was one of contempt because I wasn't good looking enough this place is a joke

Good quality vegetarian food with friendly service. I think it's family run. Ambience is nice; you're able to hold a conversation with someone without screaming.
