I recently returned to the Northey St organic market and was pleased to see that the Chai Cafe has reopened under new ownership with a new menu. The majority of the menu is now vegan, which is a positive change from before. I tried the vegan shakshuka with tofu and was impressed. The dish was freshly cooked with delicious bold spices and beautifully presented.
