We made a reservation in advance for Father's Day breakfast at 10am. Unfortunately, we were stuck in traffic for 20 minutes, so my son went ahead to make sure we didn't lose our table. We ordered coffee, and when we finally arrived, we also ordered breakfast. The server brought out our coffees and placed one in front of someone who already had coffee, with her thumbs all over the saucer (disgusting). Amazing. This cafe has been screaming out for a new menu for years. The new operator is professional experienced caterer and chef is serving a delectable Australian style menu with an Asian twist. The fresh and locally sourced ingredients makes it all worth the wait....Spring Harvest (Vege) dish is my favourite go to and is to die for. We had made a lunch reservation, but unfortunately had to cancel due to my son falling ill the night before with continuous vomiting. Despite multiple attempts to contact the restaurant starting at 8am, no one answered the phone. We eventually cancelled our reservation online, but were still charged $75 for the cancellation. visited the caffe on a quiet afternoon with not many mozens present. waits for a long time to arrive, although the caffe seems to have a lot of personal. the young waiter went past our table several times, without the courts of the. excellent mozens remaining. in that he seems to just ask himself without donating anything, either serving or cleaning. our order came into pieces and pieces, making the entire dining experience unpleasant. my order arrived without necessary cutlery and I had to request it. the best was then delivered to me by hand and handed over to me, instead of then carried on a tablet or dish and placed on the table. this confirms previous reviews of very unprofessional serv...

I had to cancel as both my father and my son picked up a cold. Anyone who has elderly parents and young children would understand that these things happen. To be charged $75 penalty (hefty amount for a Cafe reservation penalty? after attempting to cancel...by leaving 3 messages on their answering machine, as the phone was never answered, and through email, is very inconsiderate customer service. Perhaps charging this amount as voucher for next visit will be a more customer friendly penalty? If you plan to go to this cafe, make sure you will definitely make it, otherwise loose $75 in one click of online booking!!

preisy $18 for a blt? I guess they can expect that if there is no other competition. very unprofessional operation, staff was very rude. 40 minutes waiting for a burger. on the website, closes at 3. a pregnant lady and her man. came in at 2.06 and was told that they could not order food and the kitchen was closed, although other foods were still brought out of the kitchen? unimpressed with the food quality. chips were good, that is it. bring them a picnic and enjoy the landscape, and dont stop by this caffe.

we came to a light lunch at 11 o'clock, found a table on veranda and in the sun, checked the menu and stood in the line to order. they were short, so our hamburger and coffee took a one-sided, but that was understandable. we usually don't buy hamburger, but this was excellent. I took my elderly parents to the tulip festival and we were amazed by the beautiful explosion of colors. We were expecting a simple and inexpensive lunch, but were pleasantly surprised by the food at Chalet Healy. The staff were young and vibrant, the food was delicious, my parents especially enjoyed the potato and leek soup, and I loved the octopus with green papaya salad.

Visited again with a friend and sadly still needs improvements. Menu very limited options and pricey. The only enjoyment was the yummy beef burger.
