Unfortunately, at our reservation(4Mädels) something went wrong, actually we would have reserved a cabin out there. we got a table in it, next to a rather big group. even in the number of persons, incorrectly more persons were written down than were actually reserved. no problem, unfortunately, no one came up to ask whether someone else is coming or whether we want to order. no really apologise, only that was probably going a bit wrong in the evening. Unfortunately, no one had pointed out that a particular fondue is already out, what happens, but then give up at short notice when ordering to decide is always quite uncool. that was ok. We had to make drinks aware of each time. the last 45 min...
great location and cozy ambience.Leider was overwhelmed by the kitchen (at 2 menus, namely fondue raclette). our fondue was too liquid and cooked or stirred for too little length, the extra bulbs ordered were tiny small cut and the cartoffels were only lukewarm.Also the waiting times at the entrance and after eating are quite long.
long wait all night. the fondue quantity (by personal 300gr/person) was rather little. the newly ordered fondue was also little, consistent as hat cheese, taste rather burned. the whole society was disappointed. think the well-started chalet in rank was very heavily underused.
price not very long waiting time by forgotten service staff.. for a part pommes frites we had to approx. 30 minutes waiting and were completely salted! the rasslettes were the best all night. unfortunately a bad experience.
