Champ Libre Brewery Distillery

I have nothing but praise for the quality, creativity in flavors, and the entrepreneurial spirit of this restaurant. It's also a fantastic spot for gatherings. However, there was an issue with the cash management. There were three of us—two people each ordered two drinks, while one had one, totaling five beers. When it was time to pay, we were charged for eight drinks. Two individuals had already settled their first round with the waiter, but unfortunately, that payment wasn’t registered in the system. The cashier was unwilling to address the misunderstanding, insisting that the computer was correct. In the end, we ended up paying for 15 drinks, including unwanted tips.

We went on a Sunday, in winter. Not too many customers. Appears to be an old converted garage. They left the doors and the floor is concrete. Great selection of beers! We tried and liked Papa Poule and Nordicité, both IPAs. We will return in summer for the terrace. No music when we passed... A suggestion? The metal chairs on the concrete floor could have tennis balls on their legs? Pads?

This microbrewery is fantastic! They also sell their products on-site. There isn't a food menu after summer, but the beers are outstanding. There are plenty of tables both inside and outside. The place is a converted old garage, which gives it a really unique character.

Bières intéressantes mais sans plus. Ils pourraient se démarquer avec des bières a du brasseur à l'essaie sur place ou explorer un peu plus. On a commandé 2 pintes, la première était pleine et l'autre manquait 1 pouce alors.. service laissant à désirer. Reserva una mesa ahora
