Champagne Express Indian Fusion

previous purchase an online delivery campaign and all good. but tonight (27/2/2021) was the service and eating terrible. first was delivered completely wrong order. Finally, the food has been exchanged and correct order arrived, but was now cold. poppadome smashed and they had missed a part of our order. food tasted poor and quantity/quality far below the previous standard. will not order there again. when I called them for the wrong order, champayne express was no longer informed and accepted. but I didn't catch the new name and the reception had an old name on it.

Such a shame as completely understaffed and can tell that the young men are overwhelmed. They were apologetic but food was slammed in front of us with no cutlery. Customers walking round helping themselves to cutlery/glasses etc after being ignored for so long. Finally, they didn’t adhere to any social distancing guidelines and felt very cramped together. Really don’t recommend.

absolutely amazing eating. the employees go beyond and beyond for them nothing is much hard work for them that make personal talk to them so they feel more comfortable. cant recommend this place enough

it is not the best place to visit. in redditch there are better places for example shahi palace. champagner I found her cocktail menu was simple, but nice. the price is very attractive. 3 stars

First time going here came highly recommended food was delicious will definitely be returning next time im in redditch great place great food staff are so helpful.
