Champagne Lounge At The Merchant

Food was amazing, and there was plenty of it! The tea selection was also great. It was my friend's birthday and they kindly brought her a slice of birthday cake as well, which was a lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

During my stay at the Merchant, I dined at the Great Room Restaurant and the Cocktail restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The staff was attentive and accommodating to my celiac needs. I did not experience any issues and the food was delicious.

We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea. My wife is gluten intolerant and yet her afternoon tea nearly looked identical to mine. The service was excellent especially from Camelia who couldn't do enough for us. So glad the standards are still as high.

Absolutely beautiful! 5* Service looked at us as soon as we came in, took our coats and put napkins on our knees. The food was so beautiful and the room was excellent. Until the afternoon teas before this was the best so far Reserva una mesa ahora

Waited for 10 minutes to be greeted/seated. Teapots were dirty. Didn't eat half the pastries as either not fresh or bad taste Was asked to clear space on the table myself by waiter. Not 5* expect from the merchant

we had not stayed overnight, we borrowed the dachgarten for a family birthday party and it was fabulous. it was a close family affinity for a few dozen amidst.

amazing afternoon in a spectacular room. quite expensive, but a large selection of sandwiches and cakes, several tees to choose and excellent service.
