Champps Sports West Bloomfield

Literally the worst dining experience our server was hitting on me, he took our order the food came to the table he NEVER came back to check on us. I had to call different servers to get us things that we needed I got a steak and there was hair in it. I called for a manager she took the food away I told her that our server hadn’t come back to check on us she left took my food away and STILL no one ever came back to see if we needed anything. I ordered a Malbec there was two flies in my glass I called the manager again her name was Ashlee I believe. She apologized took the glass and took care of the bill. HORRIBLE FOOD SERVICE and even the manager was horrible.

The only glitch was that upon arrival they did not want to honor my open table reservation which made for an awkward moment. I had reservations for 15. The greeting waitress lacked a little of customer service as she began to tell me that I could not bring my birthday cake unless i paid $25. That wasn't my concern as much as the way she stated it and more important the reservation was for 15 guest which was quite about of money.

Came with a group for 4th of July around mid-afternoon. The waitress was fine but the food was SO SLOW. There were only a few tables filled so there really wasn’t any excuse.
