I sort of want to give this place 2 stars but that would be unfair to the chef who is battling to turn out amazing food while the front of house staff clearly couldn't give a damn about serving it. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that the kitchen would be open for another hour which was absolutely fine. However the waiter was so busy (not with other tables because there was only one other table occupied) chatting with reception and generally star gazing that we only managed to fit in a main course before he drifted over to tell us the kitchen was now closed. Shame really...the food was good but cold. If you can get the duck dish when its warm I'm sure its excellent.
I was the only customer in the restaurant and ordered an appetizer and a main dish. It took 30 minutes for the appetizer to arrive, and another 30 minutes for the main dish to appear. I ordered grilled fish as my main dish. I informed the server that I was fine with the food coming out whenever it was ready. I paid $18 for a small portion of baby potatoes with a bit of Chipotle mayo. The total cost per person was between $40-60. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.
Poor... The food is substandard for what you pay and the beer on tap has unknown floaties in it (don't get the beer) The place was empty which should have been a sign, the other reviews were pretty accurate. Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I do not recommend this restaurant due to the subpar customer service and mediocre food quality. It is not worth trying.
With cold beer, air conditioning, and punting facilities, what more could you ask for in a simple bar?
