located in the center of town dabs a small alley, this restaurant with its cozy atmosphere has a lot of charm. The staff is friendly, the service is fast. The tarte-salade-dessert principle is simple but the variety of pies makes it necessary for all tastes. Very nice address. a small pedestrian street in the center of the castres. the possibility of reading, playing. but above all, to appreciate a careful and very friendly service. we went there the afternoon. on the papillae side, don’t pass next to the chocolate melt, a tuerie ... and the creamy hot chocolate a treat, you prefer tea no problem! great choice! side fruit juice c is organic!

Visiting Castres on my own, I dropped by for lunch and loved the lunch format. By the way, it gets busy so if you're with a group, consider booking. Choose from the quiche of the day (hard choice but my duck magret and roquefort was excellent). A chocolate fondant and green tea made it a great meal.
