Visiting Castres on my own, I dropped by for lunch and loved the lunch format. By the way, it gets busy so if you're with a group, consider booking. Choose from the quiche of the day (hard choice but my duck magret and roquefort was excellent). A chocolate fondant and green tea made it a great meal.
