This place used to be great. We discovered it on grubhub, and it has something for everyone....until it doesn't. Every time we place an order for the last 6 months (we place an order at least once a month) they called me because they 're from 1 or more items we ordered (usually starters or kids' items), which we flexible with, although they never adjust the prices. We never complained because we are a big family and usually big orders around or over $100, and we appreciated the restaurant. But today... after ordering from this place for good over a year, we have a job and got a call that they don't deliver us and when we explain where we live, and that it has never been a problem, we were ju...
Ordered a Brick Fire pizza, this isn 't Brick Fire and the dough wasn 't even cooked thoroughly. Never again will we order anything from this place. Don 't recommend at all. Although a response was received, however, considering the [non existent] customer service we weren 't even greeted or simply asked How can we help you? Instead, 3 reps at the counter were discussing how to haul a huge pizza, the phone eventually rang right in front of us after almost 2mins of us waiting for someone to at least to help us. One of the reps answered the phone never once acknowledged us. I had to be the one to ask If is this where we pick up pizza? and then one said Ah, yes, what 's your name? Horrible cust...
this place has some of the best wings when it comes to mango sauce (not breaded). the people were super friendly and the place is run by people who care about the food. we ordered wings and pizza. wings was amazing. chipotle bbq was a bit over sauced which i did not but mango was brilliant. we ordered cheesesteak and buffalo pizza and buffalo pizza was sooo good. the chicken was cooked amazingly and unlike other places who just toss the chicken in buffalo and put it on top of the pizza. they cook the chicken with sauce and it brings an amazing flavor. this place was great!!!
Champs in Glen Burnie, MD is a hidden gem. Everything about this restaurant was a pleasant and delicious experience. Customer service was the best! As busy as everyone was, they answered my questions with so much care. The bartender was great! She was so busy but so attentive to each customer. The menu is vast! Ordered two pizzas. We ordered Champ's pizza for the first time and it wasn't great. We ordered Buffalo Chicken Pizza, dider dead and crab pretzel. The Buffalo Chicken Pizza is soooo salty that she burned my lips. I couldn't eat more than one piece, that's like someone's salt over everything. The crab root was not good. Brezel was tough. The only product that tasted good was the perpetrators. We won't repeat customers.
The pizza was great as customer service. What worries me was how dirty the garlic sauce container was when he sat on it for ages with garbage and bugs. We tasted the pizza until we noticed it and it was no longer attractive what a shame is because we enjoyed the taste of the pizza itself.
