Been coming here frequently for the past year. The baos are $3.50 and I think that's a very reasonable price.They're always fresh and hot and super fluffy. I only wish they have more variety for the buns as everytime I come (around 9:30am) they only offer BBQ pork or chicken shrimp at that time. I wish they have the pork and veggie bun in the morning. The other items are a bit on the pricier side but you can feel that they use good ingredients. I really like their blue horizon smoothie, the turkey sandwich, and their grilled cheese sandwich. Usually I get one drink and one sandwich and I pay around $18 after tax and tips.As for coffee they're a slight bit more expensive than a certain franch...

I was at a conference across the street from here yesterday. They were nice enough to stay open a few minutes past closing to make me a coffee. Absolutely couldn’t have gotten through the rest of the day without it!

I took my niece and nephews here for bubble tea and they refused to let them use the washroom even though we were paying customers.Not kid friendly.Also the bubble tea was watery and artificial tasting.

My go to place since 2017! Love this little spot. A good variety of food, desserts, baked goods, coffee, bubble tea, and other beverages. Staff are super friendly, and the owner Corina is super nice!

Hard to find a drink that didn't include sugar. Even the matcha powder was pre sweetened. So were the milk alternatives. They also charged extra for milk alternatives. No vegan food
