I’ve made a trip advisor account just to leave a review for this poor excuse of a restaurant. The food was average, nothing to be excited about but the staff were absolutely vile. The man who took our order was blunt, and dismissive. The pasta was watery and over cooked. They served us rock hard profiteroles that tasted about 3 weeks old, and when we complained they refused to take them back and put them on our bill even though they were nearly untouched. The managers were incredible rude, and told us that we were in the wrong for not knowing what we ordered… however every other time I’ve had profiteroles anywhere in the world, they were filled with cream, not frozen ice cream- which was not...
The location of this restaurant, just outside one of the main ski lifts, is the only thing it has going for it, in fact, if it was anywhere else it would go out of business within a few weeks due to the dreadful service. The staff are rude surly and know nothing about good customer service and I suspect none of their customers are repeat business. The food is ok but overpriced and there are lots of other great on-the-slopes restaurants that serve better food for the same price and with much better service. We waited 30 minutes in an attempt to order a bottle of rose i.e were going to spend money. I kid you not the awful woman with a large tattoo on her arm of a lady was the rudest person i have ever met in my life. She refused to serve us. We kept waving for attention and she would acknowledge us and then attempted to serve every single table around us. She started smirking at us as we became more annoyed and continued to wave. The people next to us got their food before she had bothered to serve us. We left after half an hour as I did not want to give this woman my service.
