Ordered here a number of times and typically ok last time I ordered a large pepperoni and red pepper for carry out and was to be ready in 20 mins. Stopped in and pizza was not ready and they apologized and said 7 more minutes. Not a big deal but a little surprising as it was not busy at all. 9 mins later it was still another 5 mins which is now making me believe they never made it when the order was placed. They offered a gift for my troubles which I give them a lot credit for. Got home and instead of pepperoni and red pepper they made it with crush red pepper flakes which for us made it mostly not editable.
