As we follow a whole food plant-based diet, we decided to order the Spinach Mushroom creamy garlic Carbonara Fettucine without any oil. However, when we requested this, the chef seemed annoyed and questioned how he could cook mushrooms without oil. The dish we received was disappointing - a bowl of pasta with only 2 spinach leaves and a few very thin slices of mushroom. There were no herbs or spices, no creamy sauce as promised, just a light coating of tomato sauce. We enjoyed our lunch here, double Royale burger and bbq chicken, grilled haloumi salad and chicken and bacon pizza. The staff were awesome and the food even better!
