Charcoal Grill - Reserva de mesa

I have visited this restaurant 3-4 times recently with my partner and we have always enjoyed our meals. I cannot speak for the staff who work inside as we have never interacted with them, but the delivery personnel have always been pleasant and friendly. Our orders have always been delivered quickly and we have never had any issues. We particularly enjoy the kebab burger, chips, and kebab wrap combo, which is always delicious and hot. This restaurant has become our go-to choice for ordering food, as we trust the young employees and will definitely continue to use their services.

Ordered 3 donna kebab Turns up stone cold forgot to put Garlic mayonnaise in the wrap and forgot to put 2 pots Of garlic mayonnaise and chilly sauce in the bag !!!! this is the second time and we have given charcoal grill another chance the lady on the phone is on another planet all want Straight in the bin DONT NOT ORDERED FROM HERE the best kebab in sittingbourne is is Aida but don’t deliver but Finally realised it’s worth the drive

My food had clearly been sitting around for a while, chips were rock hard, the salad was no way fresh and the meat was rank. We chose empty bellies instead of dodgy ones and left it. Didn't bother calling to complain as the staff are so rude.. the way they speak to their female staff stinks, worse than their food. Never again will I order from this place, I cant see it staying open for long with the grub they are serving up.

Worst kebabs we've ever eaten, coupled with the worst customer service. Every kebab I've ever ordered in my lifetime has come with salad as standard, but not here! Oh no, if you want salad you have to specify at the point of ordering. £20 for nothing but a few measly pieces of chicken a pitta, and a wrap, what a rip off. I called the restaurant and the person who answered was extremely rude and aggressive. He did not listen to me and began yelling when I asked him to listen. The doner I ordered had no sauce, as usual, and the salad was not fresh. The food was also too salty. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the behavior of the staff.

This restaurant experience was absolutely awful. We ordered through Just Eat and spent over £40, only to receive cold food. Despite living nearby, it seemed like our order had been left sitting out, waiting for pick-up. We will definitely not be returning to this establishment.

Food delivered an hour and 10 minutes after ordering when our house was like 15 minutes away. It came warm chips tasted far too vinegary and worse of all a HAIR found in the meat! Last time we order from there unless compensation for that is given!

My friend and I ordered some shish kebabs and they were delicious! They were probably the best I have ever had. The chili sauce was also really nice and gave my mouth a fiery kick. We will definitely be ordering from this place again. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Boss Mann. The staff always cater to our requests and provide fantastic service. I will never go anywhere else for a meal - Boss Mann is the best restaurant in Sittingbourne.
