We have been going to Grill On The Hill pretty much since it first opened in the early 90s. Over the past 7 or so years the children of the founder Peter, have grown up and are now running of the restaurant. And they are they are doing a superb job.The quality of the produce namely the AGED MEAT is still of the highest quality and the cooking process incorporating a gas heating process under volcanic rocks is very clean and quite unique.The steaks are evenly cooked, are very tasty and they literally melt in your mouth.In addition to the steaks, Grill On The Hill offers an award winning wine list, which has been meticulously put together by Dayan the sommelier who has been in charge of the wi...
