service was extremely poor. had to go into the bar to drink and softdrink refilled us - we were not asked. After 1.25 hours we had to inform ourselves about our meal times, and when we did, they came in 5 minutes, but only 2/4 meal times. a person in our party has not received their meal, even after 15 minutes of us all received our meals so that we cancelled the order. we can safely understand overworked staff and a secured kitchen that happens, but we have zero updates on the way, zero check-ins for beverage refills, etc. we went back to char’d, because we had visited the city and dimmed about a year ago, at which time the experience was amazing. we can now say that we will not be back for...

excellent eating and fun service at a busy evening in the neighbourhood. all dishes were carefully prepared for perfection, from the appetizers to dessert.

Great food, great experience! We will come back! We ordered KFC wings Chard dumplings for apps, and Beef Bulgoli Galbi. Everything was delish!
