The food was reasonable for the price, but the customer service was very disappointing. The waitress, who acted overly cheerful, seemed friendly until it came time for the bill. She presented a total that included a suggested tip, which felt inappropriate since tips should be optional, but I overlooked it at first. After the meal, I paid for the food and tax and added a few extra dollars as a tip. I thought that was generous for a cheap meal, but apparently, it wasn't enough for her, and she asked for more. Uncle Charley is very welcoming; he even offered to wait for a group that called him, despite being close to closing time. The restaurant is child-friendly, providing modified chopsticks for kids, which is a nice touch. The noodle portions are just right—not too big and slightly smaller than the average in this area, making it easy to enjoy without feeling overwhelmed. I highly recommend this place over other options in the Bay Area!

Not fresh, chicken was not edible old processed fatty fake meat, bland noodles with horrible taste. Small portions. manager didnt follow comments and poor packaging without seal; missing item
