All of the workers are super duper nice and I love them all!!! The food is amazing and I can say that Charley’s is the only food place at the mall with really great service and the best and nicest staff ever! Will be back every single time I’m at the mall <3
Charley’s cheesesteak is my favorite place and I have a lot of memories eating at this franchise. Bacon fries my favorite! This place is busy. Just needs to be alittle more organized. The staff seemed friendly. Overall a good place to order from!
I experienced racial profiling during my visit. The employee wouldn't allow me to swipe my card because they seemed to doubt that it was actually mine. I hope others recognize this behavior and choose not to give their business to such a place.

I ordered a chicken California sandwich. They come with ranch dressing on it. Ask to ad the wing sause. What I got was mayo not ranch dressing. I am so diapointed.
