This was a one-time visit for me. Charleys Cheesesteaks doesn’t capture the authentic Philly cheesesteak experience—only the price feels true to Philly. At just under $10 for a basic sandwich, it falls short on both portion size and value. The sandwich itself was disappointing. On top of that, there was a language barrier during ordering, and I had to ask multiple times just to get ketchup on my cheesesteak, as if it was a special favor. I’m not a fan of dealing with ketchup packets. I won’t be coming back; I’ll save my cheesesteak cravings for the real Philly.
