We were very pleased with our dining experience at Charleys Ocean Grill last evening. Service was quick, attentive to our requests, our appetizers were delicious and presented well on the plates-oysters on the shell, steamed Prince Edward Island mussels in a very tasty broth with crusted bread to sop it up! Beet salad with melted gorgonzola yum! Lobster tacos with a uniquely seasoned mayonnaise piled high with fries! The scallop entree was succulent, broiled to perfection. We wanted an enjoyable dinner and it was! I will return to Charley’s, the manager who greeted us at the door ,our waitress Merrill , the bartender all genuinely nice.
We dined on the patio, where we could catch a glimpse of the ocean, but I wouldn’t consider it oceanfront. It was quite windy, and even though there were several empty tables, they seated us right next to a very noisy group that kept shouting spoilers about popular streaming shows. Nevertheless, our server was attentive and professional. The food was enjoyable, though a bit on the expensive side. Given the fierce competition in the area, I likely won’t be returning.
Service excellent. Wrnt to a party upstairs. Not sure if it's the same food. Was absolutely horrible. Really beautiful views of the ocean. Excellent service. . Friendly Staff. Tasted like canned sauce on the chicken Parmigiano. Vegetables tasted like frozen medley. The salad had absolutely nothing on it. Just lettuce. Needs to improve their cooking skills.
I've been going to Charley's for years, but this was my first time since the renovation. Food and service were very good. I gave 3 stars for the new layout for Atmosphere. Everything is wide open. I preferred some separation between the bar and the restaurant.

I always enjoy visiting Charley’s Ocean Grill. We opted for outdoor seating and enjoyed the refreshing ocean breeze. The service was excellent, and the shrimp salad was simply amazing—absolutely delicious! I always leave Charley’s Ocean Grill satisfied!
The wait staff was very attentive. The calamari was great and so was the pasta special! They had a two man acoustic band playing, so the atmosphere was amazing! Great job!
We had my sons baptism party in the room upstairs. Everything was great. Doreen is very easy to work with would highly recommend hosting a party there
The menu is excellent, the prices are fair, and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant.
