The mall was extremely busy over Memorial Day weekend, and although there was a long line, we chose to wait. The ordering line moved at a fair pace, but the area for ordering and pickup was cramped because orders were backed up in the kitchen, causing many people to wait. The wait for a sandwich was simply too long. While the sandwich was tasty, the overall experience felt disorganized and the delay was frustrating.
