My kids visited the restaurant and ordered four meals, but they were met with blatant disrespect. Instead of receiving the four meals they had ordered, they only got two orders of fries. When they returned with the receipt to address the issue, the employee refused to acknowledge it and insisted that no meals had been ordered, despite the clear evidence on the receipt. The food was outstanding. My Coke was somewhat flat, but that's something that can happen. The cashier didn’t let me know that I would need my order number, so I had to dig through my pockets to locate it. The prices are quite reasonable, especially considering the ranch sauce, cheese, and bacon on the fries. I can’t say I’ve ever had a truly negative experience here. When I mentioned that my soda tasted off, they quickly replaced it and even offered me something else. It was a bit busy, but that’s typical for the weekend.
I went to pick up takeout at 8:50 PM. I noticed the staff busy preparing orders, but when I reached the counter, they informed me that they were closed. It was only 9:00 PM! They refused to serve me, which I found very disappointing. All I wanted was a Chicken California. It feels like they don’t prioritize customer service, which is essential in the restaurant industry. I would rate them one star.
They are supposedly open till 7. This is a lie. As soon as it turns 6:30-6:45 they just stop taking orders, even if there is no line. The laziest and rudest employees. The one in camp hill is manages by the owner and it is the BEST customer serviceexperience. If you want a constantly bad experience every time? this place makes McDonald?s service feel like Chick-fil-A.Doesn?t get worse than here.

Excellent! The service was extremely quick! Even with a long queue, I waited for less than five minutes. You can watch them prepare your meal right in front of you, and the ingredients are fresh. Everything tasted amazing! Although it isn't the most affordable choice, it provides fantastic value for the quality.
I ordered a 6-inch bacon cheesesteak with three cheeses, and it was quite good. The portion size was just right, and the bread was fresh. I also got fries, which were tasty—my son even ended up stealing half of them! The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to this restaurant again.
The store closes at 6:00 PM. We arrived at 5:40 PM and were informed that they were already closed. We had driven 10 miles to get there. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. This review is specifically for the Lancaster location.
I just had the best cheese steak sandwich! The bungalow was warm soft and tasty. Steak was hot juicy delicious and simply enough meat. The toppings and the evidence box were great. Everything was fresh. The service was friendly and fast.

This is a great place to eat I go there often all the guys in there were so nice the food was good and hot when I received it I'll definitely be back. And the place was so clean.
