During my last two or three visits, I found the restaurant closed early on two occasions: once at 9:50 a.m. and again at 8 a.m. due to the weather, even though there was hardly any snow. It’s really frustrating to plan a visit only to find out they’re not open. Additionally, in my review from last year, I mentioned some issues with the food. Having worked as a shift manager at Charley in the 90s, I often noticed that the steak was inconsistent, often either under-seasoned or overcooked. On a positive note, I really enjoy the new mac and cheese, which has become my go-to order.
On August 2, 2023, around 12:30 PM, I visited this restaurant, which was only available for drive-thru service at that time. While I was waiting outside, I saw the staff briefly glance in my direction before looking away. It soon became evident that they had closed indoor dining for the day. Sadly, their reluctance to acknowledge customers at the entrance made me feel as if they were not interested in serving us. A straightforward and courteous explanation of their operational status would have been a better way to address the situation.
I placed a pickup order through the app, and as soon as I let them know I had arrived, they promptly brought out my order. The food is incredibly delicious and really stands out from other restaurants. The fries are the best I've ever tasted! I highly recommend this place.
I ordered the Philly chicken but received a steak instead. It was supposed to be a combo, but I only got the sandwich. I ordered lemonade, but I got a Coke instead. I'm pretty sure I received someone else's order.

My son loves Charley's, so we usually stop by on Thursday evenings or sometimes on Fridays. It can get a bit expensive with five people, but it always satisfies the kids, and everyone leaves happy!
My son and I had a meal there for under $20, and it was quite an experience! It nearly gave me a heart attack, but at least we left with all our limbs intact and didn’t spend a fortune. Food: 5/5.
I can't recommend the food highly enough; it was exceptional. The staff and service were also excellent. Overall, I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5!
Your Philly cheesesteaks are amazing! The only downside is that there aren't enough seats due to COVID restrictions.

Charley's is consistently a dependable option! The lemonade is as delicious as ever, and the subs are fantastic!
The cheese bacon fries were a little cold, but the mozzarella sticks and shake were really tasty.
