Food was delicious, staff was incredibly friendly. My wife was standing with a handful of goods from another restaurant in the food court and the Manager at Charley's gave her bags and napkins to carry her stuff. The gesture made me give pause and look at the menu, which I ordered from. Delicious fries, I have to come back to try their steaks. Really nice staff and honestly I haven't had such a positive experience at that food court in so long. Great to see new tenants with a great attitude and great food to match.
I've been a fan of Charley's for over 12 years, especially the one at Neshaminy Mall, but my recent visit was by far the worst I've experienced. The Chicken California sandwich is supposed to be ranch-heavy, but mine had hardly any ranch at all! Additionally, the service was quite slow. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and attentive, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this Charley's. It was a huge disappointment!
I went out on a Sunday afternoon looking for a tasty sub and found myself at Charley's. I ordered the classic Chicken California, and it was absolutely delicious both in flavor and presentation. The fries were served hot, expertly cooked, and perfectly salted. If you haven't had a chance to try Charley's yet, I highly recommend you do!
If you have not troubled yourself with your HIGHSCHOOL FREE, the PHONE about the COUNTER (WICH is UNSANITAR). When I was a child, there was always a manager present to prevent such things and quickly enforce friendly customer service. Lost a customer today in Oxford Valley Location. I went to another place in the food court.

Great place for a quick bit. The $5.99 steaks deals are perfect for lunch. Fries ALWAYS served out hot and fresh. No cold fries, always cooked to order.
The cashier has an intense stare and is quite rude. It's important to treat customers with respect; otherwise, you'll keep losing business.
Not what I expected. I should have ordered extra steak and cheese on my order. Sandwich was skimpy on the good stuff for the price.

Their steaks and fries are great. Well worth the money. Better then a lot of steak places around.
My companion had a delicious sandwich. And the fries had real bacon. It was very good.
