I 'm working in the mall for the next couple of months. I 've tried to eat at Charley 's twice now. Last week at 1 pm I was told by a very rude woman that they were closed cause her cook had to leave. I was thoroughly confused. I thought everyone that workedthere could cook. I shook it off as a weird occurrence and grabbed food from Auntie Ann 's down the way. I tried going backtoday for lunch, 1 week later. 2 people behind the counter this time (1 was the same woman, and the other was a cook actuallycooking). As I glance at the menu to decide what delicious item I was going to order, I 'm shouted at by the woman WE ARECLOSED ! I was taken back and said excuse me what did you say? She loudly...
I'm only leaving this review because I was bothered by the cook’s behavior. He was very disrespectful to the cashier when she rang up our order with veggies on the side. He approached her and said something inaudible, and she apologized and explained to Miguel, the cook, that we requested it that way due to allergies and because we were sharing the sandwich. He then stormed off, clearly upset. I felt sorry for the cashier—she was very kind throughout.
2 guys behind the counter were just talking and in their own little world. It took them a minute or two to even realize we were waiting at the register to order. One of the guys looks at my family and says oh we 're closed at 8:30. there 's only two of us so you know This is unacceptable considering it was 8:20 p.m. and every other restaurant was still open serving customers on a Friday night! Their closing time is listed as 9 p.m.
It's an ok place to eat at the mall. Nothing spectacular or healthy on the menu. I tried their new Prime Q philly with jalepenos and bacon. Why? Because it had bacon! Friendly staff and there wasn't much wait at all. Total cost for a sandwich and cheese (gourmet) was a little over $11. Next time I might try something else I'd possible. Overall, I went complain, I got what I ordered and I tasted good.

The service was great definitely a 4 star with just the focus in service. When looking at value of food for the money and the taste it's an average restaurant. Everything was fresh. I chose the chicken buffalo, thinking I should have gone with thebasic cheese steak. I'll have to try on my next trip into the outlet and act on how my taste buds react.
Slow service even tho it?s not busy at all. And my food was burnt. I got a small chicken Philly. My sisters waited over 15 min for just cheese and bacon fries. Very slow on a day where it?s not even busy and it wasn?t even good.
Just as I was about to discard this, I couldn’t help but think about the poor service I experienced. It felt like no effort was made in preparing the food, which also appeared unappetizing.
The staff members do not wear gloves. I saw one of them preparing my drink after handling cash, all without wearing gloves.

Top notch food. Shout out to the folks behind the counter awesome customer service. Very friendly and accommodating.
Visiting Charleys Philly Steaks has become a cherished family tradition whenever we go to the mall.
